On Sunday, 13th October 2013, starting from 03:00 PM, live from the viewpoint of Matera, the “Matera Balloon Festival” was transmitted on Rai 3, during the TV program “Alle falde del Kilimangiaro”, the show that each Sunday “draw a map of the wonderful places to visit all over the world“.

Licia Colò and the Italian comedian Dario VErgassola, hosted the green winding of the Murgia Materana, with some colored hot air balloons, which appeared on millions of Italians’ TV screen.

Special guest: Dominic Fortunato, an Italian actor who has always paid attention to environmental changes.

Fortunato was born in Matera and flew towards Rome and then America with his suitcase full of passione to star with the biggest directors, from Monicelli to Rosi, from Damiani to Virzillo, till 2013, when he was directed by Ridley Scott in “The Portrait”.

The Italian journalist Licia Colo which has always intertwined her work with her passion for travel and ecological issues, has chosen together with the TV program “alle falde del Kilimangiaro” to fly with an important Zero impact project, full of events, amazing ballooning flights, magic initiatives and fascinating colors.
